All items are made-to-order. We aim to represent products as accurately as possible, but colors and positioning may vary slightly due to the printing process.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system. We do not store or have access to your card information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page. These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on this site are owned by OTG. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our content or products.
7. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we begin production almost immediately. Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of ordering—please contact us ASAP if needed.
